Our Group Fitness classes are a great alternative or IMG_6120complement to any workout regime.  We offer fun, motivating and challenging classes throughout the day, evening and weekend.

Our instructors bring their experience and enthusiasm to every class. Group fitness classes range from focused and intense, to social and fun.  All instructors are certified by one or more of the leading nationally-recognized Group Fitness Instructor Certification organizations and participate in continuing education workshops and seminars on a regular basis.
