Adventure Camp 2017 Brochure

Our Adventure Camp features the following for campers:

Treetops Adventure Park – Includes approximately 50 unique climbing, zipping, walking, jumping, swinging, and rappelling challenges anchored to over 30 towering trees and poles.   The park contains 4 trails to choose from with various levels of difficulty. Each “Trail” includes 10 to 15 different challenges to complete the circuit.
Asheville Canopy Ziplines – Campers love the adrenaline rush you get when you push off the platform and the thrill of soaring through the air before coming to a smooth stop.  We feature ziplines that are both fun and easy.  Younger campers will go on the KidZip Park and older kids will get a sampler on the main Ziplines called “The Skyline Express”.
Wildwater Rafting – The Upper Pigeon is an ideal trip for our campers.  There is a guide in each raft on Pigeon trips.  A dam controlled river, the Pigeon provides action packed fun throughout the summer.  The Upper has five miles of intermediate Class III and Class IV rapids which provides a fun, fast-paced whitewater run through rapids named Powerhouse, Big Rock, Roller Coaster, Lost Guide and Double Reactionary. We raft the Lower Pigeon on short weeks which is a milder ride for younger campers.
Kolo Bike Park – Here, campers will ride on purpose-built mountain bike trails and skill elements designed for all levels of rider to experience flow on a bicycle.  Kolo Bike Park is a great way for young riders to build confidence and skill in a controlled environment.
Our Counselors – Our camp director, Emily Cowan, has the experience, knowledge and creativity to ensure that your child has a wonderful experience.  Jennifer can be reached at ecowan@ashevilleracquetclub.com.  Our counselors are very caring, knowledgeable and responsible.  At our facility, your child will have an exciting, action packed summer camp experience.
