Who is ready for a great year of summer camp!

All Sports Camp for ALL young athletes. Kids will be kept in groups with other kids the same age. Half-day and full-day options are available for ages 5-14.

Registration needs to be done through the Front Desk at South (828-274-3361) and payment at that time is required as well.

This camp includes a combination of sports. Campers will be working on learning and improving all aspects of tennis and pickleball. They will also enjoy the opportunity to participate in other sports throughout the day as well as spend some time in the pool!

Please note the policies regarding refunds, non-refundable deposits, and late pick ups .

Campers need to be able to change their clothes and carry their belongings.

Filling out the waiver does not guarantee you a spot in camp. Registration with our Front Desk at our South Location and full payment is required to guarantee your spot.

Cancellation Fees :

Refund Policy: Up to 30 days before the first day of the program a full refund (minus the non-refundable deposit) is available. Between 30 days and the first day of the program, a 50% refund is available (minus the non-refundable deposit). Beginning on the first day of the program, no refunds are available, and no substitutions or transfers will be considered.
Once a child has started the program we require full payment of tuition, even if your child misses any program days or is for any reason removed from the program before it ends.

Non-Refundable Deposit: For members, there will be a $25-dollar non-refundable deposit per week of camp registered and a $50-dollar non-refundable deposit for nonmembers per week of camp registered.  When tuition is paid upon completion of registration, a portion of that full payment becomes the non-refundable deposit. This deposit covers administrative expenses that occur even if a registration is ultimately canceled.

Late Pick-Up Policy: Chronic lateness could result in removal from the program. For consistency, the program will use the clock at the site for time reference. It is critical to always contact the camp director if you are going to be late. If a child has not been picked up one-hour past pick up and no authorized person has been reached, this may result in the child’s removal from the program.

Late Pick-Up Fees:  A late pick-up fee will be assessed starting at 4:15 p.m. Once accessed the fee is $5 per fifteen-minute block until the camper is picked up.

Pickleball Paddle Liability Form: Asheville Racquet Club provides pickleball paddles for use in Summer Camp activities. By signing this document, I am accepting responsibility for damages up to $50 per paddle in the event my child is determined by camp staff to have caused significant damage to a pickleball paddle due to abusing or disrespecting the equipment by throwing, slamming into the ground, or otherwise inappropriate use.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED FOR CAMP:

  • Tennis racquet: ARC does have junior racquets available for sale’ Loaner racquets will not be available.
  • Racquets should be the length of their arm or one to two inches longer or shorter than their arm.
  • Water bottle
  • Lunch
  • Snack
  • Tennis Shoes (or something equivalent)
  • Sunscreen
  • Hat, if needed
  • Swimsuit
  • Floatation devices (if needed for swimming only)
  • Towel
  • Each camper needs a backpack/bag that they can carry themselves.
