During this Our goal is to help you on your path to better health and wellness with an aim towards physical fitness, healing, self-improvement, empowerment and spiritual awakening.
We believe empowering individuals through an increased breath, body and mind awareness made possible by performing Yoga postures and Pilates exercises will result in better health and well-being. As students gain greater appreciation and acceptance of and respect for their body, peace and calm follow, health is achieved and focus, balance, flexibility and strength are attained.
We want to make yoga and Pilates accessible to everyone regardless of age, ability and fitness levels. We have regular classes that cater to a wide variety of students and we design classes to meet our students’ needs and abilities. We provide a non-competitive atmosphere of acceptance and freedom.
